Collins International Webinar 25 Series: The Future of Geography: Teaching Climate Change, Sustainability and Green Skills
On Tuesday 18th February, our partner publisher Collins will be running a really fantastic webinar particularly useful for secondary school geography teachers, humanity teachers and global perspectives teachers.
Geography of the future has the potential to be significantly different with a focus on teaching climate change, sustainability and green skills. However, with eco-anxiety becoming increasingly common and a lack of clarity on what is meant by ‘green skills’, geography teachers face a significant challenge.
Join Dr Becky Kitchen to unpick some of these issues, using examples from the new Collins Cambridge IGCSETM & International AS & A Level Geography resources to understand how we can use the geography of hope to teach these contemporary topics effectively.
Choose a time that suits you on Tuesday 18th February:
- 10am UTC
- 4pm UTC
