Major Investment in Swedish Schools: Government Prioritises Access to Books and Literacy in 2025 Budget
Good news for Swedish schools and preschools! The government is allocating nearly 2.8 billion SEK in the 2025 budget, with a key focus on increasing access to books in schools. This initiative aims to strengthen literacy among students and foster a culture of reading from an early age. The investment also targets improvements in safety, creating a more focused learning environment, and enhancing the quality of preschool education. Additionally, there will be a special focus on further training for teachers and preschool educators to boost their skills, ensuring a higher standard of education across the board.
