This news highlight is specifically directed toward our English teachers. Cambridge University Press is offering a free online professional development opportunity coming up next week: an Academic English Conference with 10 sessions over the course of four days (19-22 October).

All sessions will be held online (via Zoom) and you can pick and choose which one(s) to attend, depending on your interests and availability. With live sessions from English education experts from around the world, this conference offers a deep dive into all things academic English: practical advice for teaching, new ideas for your classroom, and a closer look at assessment, student/teacher wellbeing, reading, and motivating learners.
